Well, this is certainly disappointing.

Back in September the William A. Irvin was moved to make room for needed repairs to the seawall, but it will soon return.

The William A. Irvin will remain closed to the public for the rest of the 2018 season, including the Halloween season, due to construction and cleanup along the seawall and in the slip the ship calls home.

Duluth Paranormal had a chance to sweep the William A. Irvin and collected evidence of the ship being haunted. With some new equipment to investigate, the team set up cameras all over the ship and then sent teams to the front of the ship in the luxury suites, in the boiler room, in the engine room, and in the back kitchen and bunk area...

It's anticipated by many every year, the William A. Irvin Haunted Ship.  My friend Dave is the actor coordinator (involved for last 16 years and has coordinated the actors for the last 11 and he's just an all around great guy!).  They are looking for volunteers to act (aka: scare), improve (aka: scare) and SCARE the thrill seekers and there's an incentive plan!  Do you have what it takes to be gho

Every time I go on the William A. Irvin and stay the night, something new is discovered, some new story comes along to remind me how many people have seen or heard something that scares them or confirms the fact that the ship is haunted.

Thousands of thrill-seekers from all over the country make their way aboard the William A. Irvin Haunted Ship each October, enjoying the frights organizers and volunteers invest months of planning and preparation into for the scariest month of the year.

I had another chance to hang out with the Duluth Paranormal Society. It was an electrified night. I took a walk by myself and already had some feelings in the front of the ship. I had planned to investigate front and back, but the front held me there.

The William A. Irvin transforms every year into a haunted tour ship in October. This year promises to be even scarier. Every year they announce their theme and this year they are going with anything! This is a great opportunity to open it up to all your fears, say the organizers.

Every October the William A. Irvin transforms into a floating haunted house with various story lines and many monsters hidden throughout the ship to scare the wits out of people. The ship has scared thousands every year with the help of some good actors.

Grandma's Marathon announced registration will be open for the 22nd annual William A. Irvin 5K this Thursday, March 12th, beginning at 12:01 a.m. This year's field will be limited to the first 2,000, just like last year.

Duluth Paranormal is going to investigate the William A. Irvin October 4th. Thanks to the DECC who has invited the staff to return and investigate. This time the group will be filming their experience for a webcast as well as trying new equipment. There is one other new thing.
