Meat eaters have just about everything to like on Thanksgiving, but when you don't eat meat and don't eat meat broth (in stuffing) it's not so much fun.

I have several friends that are either Vegan or Vegetarian.  Yes, there's a difference.  My friend that is a vegetarian will still eat some fish and shrimp and I always know I can toss a salad her way and she'll be good.  However, when I cook for my friends who are Vegan, it is a bit more difficult.  But, why in the world would either of them want to eat a non-meat burger just because it actually

My husband Homie had finally finished his man cave and wanted to christen it with a football party.  He chose the Viking/Packer game.  Every year (that I don't work) we host a Super Bowl party and serve egg rolls and puncit (a Filipino dish made with noodles, veggies and chicken broth).  However, as our guest list grew so did the menu based on the tastes of those attending.

What's with photo scandals this week?  First it was a fake Statue Of Liberty on U.S. postage stamps.  Now, it looks like vegans have been looking at meat in a popular vegetarian-lifestyle magazine.
