A project that was supposed to happen a couple of weeks ago has started in Two Harbors - impacting drivers along Highway 61.

Drivers who travel through Two Harbors on their daily commute will find a paving project that will cause delays and closures. According to officials with the Minnesota Department of Transportation the work on Highway 61 will begin Monday morning, October 1.
