As I set sail on yet another adult beverage adventure I weigh anchor and enjoy a Salty Dog Shandy this refreshing summer cocktail that will leave a sour tangy sweetness on your palette. I did not taste any beer and the salted rim was a nice contrast to the grapefruit, if you prefer a sweeter taste you could always add sugar to the rim.

The Dark and Stormy was the first cocktail that I got to make. And I was able to get our mixologist Lindsay a chance to sit back and give this cocktail a try.

Taking on the stronger of alcohol tastes, the Wisconsin Ginger is made from Border Bourbon Whiskey made by border in Wisconsin.

The French 75 is a cocktail made from gin champagne lemon juice and sugar the drink dates back to WW1 and this combination has such a kick that it feels like being shelled by a powerful French 75 MM field gun. So order up the French 75 or the 75 cocktail either one makes for a great hang out with your friend’s beverage.

The dreamsicle martini is not an overpowering orange blast, but a perfect blend of flavor that satisfies the memories of summer time youth. for summer refreshments.
