Northeast Clean Energy Resource Team (NE CERT) is putting the spotlight on clean energy innovations in Hibbing and the northland! On November 21, they’ll visit local businesses that participated in the innovative Business Energy Retrofit (BER) program to learn about energy saving measures they've taken to improve their bottom line.
