When we get older, Halloween becomes less about accumulating candy and more about letting off some steam and having a good time. However, the mixture of alcohol and costumes are too much for some adult Halloween revelers to handle and their celebrations run them afoul of the law.

Thanks to the seasonal boom in masks and disguises, Halloween is prime time for criminals. That is, unless they tangle with the wrong sandwich slinger...

Everyone loves Elmo, right? He’s cute, fury and extremely affable. Elmo is a one fantastic Muppet, unless you happen to be talking about the nasty Elmo impersonator in New York City who, until recently, had been hurling racial abuses at pedestrians and other fellow Elmo impersonators.

Noisy neighbors are bad enough, but when one passes gas so loudly that you can hear it through your front door, what’s someone to do but whip out a gun and go all ‘Dirty Harry’ on the dude?

If you own a replica of The A-Team van and happen to be, you know, sane, it does not mean you are an innate badass like B.A. Baracus. Nor does it give you licenses to ram said imitation vehicle into a cop car when the po-po pulls you over for a moving violation. However, if you are a bit of a whack job, you may think the opposite is true.
