'Chopped' Season 61, Episode 1

On this new episode of 'Chopped', the description on the website says:

Four chefs are eager to impress as they race to make appetizers with mizuna and a weird pizza.

The chefs also have a "deep-fried oddity" in round two. And in the final dessert round, the last two chefs "get a little bit frazzled attempting to make marvelous last plates that include a breakfast indulgence."

Minnesota Chef on 'Chopped'

Taking on the challenge was Minnesota chef Soleil Ramirez, chef at Crasqui and Arepa Bar in St. Paul! Chef Ramirez is Venezuelan-born and the two places where she's a chef are both Venezuelan restaurants.
