Here’s The Best Day To Carve Pumpkins In Minnesota
You know how a pumpkin starts to get a little soggy after it is carved? Raise your hand if you have been THE HOUSE with the rotting pumpkin on the front step on Halloween night.
It happens. It's ok. Just learn from my mistake and don't try to pick that squishy pumpkin up with your hands. That moldy mess will fall apart and you will end up with an even bigger mess than just black mold on the inside of that carved smile. You are now in, what we call at my house, the shovel stage. Just scoop up that oozing smile and toss it in the garbage.
There is a way to avoid all of the above - carve your pumpkin on the PERFECT day.
