Four Hurt in Crash Involving Teens and Rochester Woman at Winona Intersection
Winona, MN (KROC-AM News)- Four people were taken to a hospital following a crash at an intersection in Winona on Thursday.

Two vehicles were involved. The collision occurred shortly before 6:40 p.m.
A southbound car and northbound SUV made contact with each other on Hwy. 61 as they were going through the highway’s intersection with Gilmore Ave., the State Patrol says.
55-year-old Thomas Gerard Falter of Westby, WI was driving the SUV. He and three of his four passengers, identified as 15-year-old Cecilia Marie Falter of Westby, 22-year-old Agnes Katherina Falter of Westby and 57-year-old Diane Marie Falter of Westby all suffered what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
They were taken to a hospital in Winona for further care. 18-year-old John Joseph Falter was also riding in the SUV. The young Westby man was not hurt.
Authorities say the driver of the car was a 16-year-old girl. Her name has not been released.
43-year-old Sarah Ann Macdonald of Rochester was riding with her. McDonald and the girl were not hurt.
All seven people were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report says. The road was wet at the time of the accident.
The Winona Police Department, Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Winona Fire Department, Winona Ambulance and Lewiston Ambulance also responded to the crash.
