The website The Faces of Big Lake put together a profile on the Nget family in 2023, and you can tell they are excited to be business owners in Central Minnesota.

"We started from the ground up with our best friends in a little 10×10 tent testing our “signature sticks” out on the public. The continuous positive feedback we received is what kept us moving forward and growing into who we are today. We’ve been to every side of Minnesota serving at various different county fairs, music festivals, art shows, and car shows. The food we serve today is a culmination of what we’ve learned on the road that has been incorporated into our cooking style."

The restaurant is currently located, just to the East of the heart of Big Lake, behind the Marathon Market Express.

Currently it's unclear where the business will be moving this year, but until that happens if you are in the mood for Asian Fusion from Cambo Flare, you'll have to order ahead online, or call ahead for your order, as the dining room will be closed for in-person dining.
