‘Adult-Only’ Circus Offering A Scary Good Time In Minnesota This Spring

This circus coming to Minnesota quite literally isn't for everyone, but it is bound to be a frightfully good time.

A relatively new brand of circus will be making a handful of stops in Minnesota this spring, including Duluth, St. Cloud, the Twin Cities, and Rochester, and if you enjoy the paranormal and other creepy things, this show is for you.

Paranormal Cirque, a "paranormal experience like none other," is coming to Minnesota

Picture it if you dare...you're under a black and red big-top tent where illusionists, mysterious creatures, aerial acrobats, and "freaky" performers assemble a show that combines circus, theatre, and cabaret into an experience that will "scare, amuse, and surprise".

This animal-free show is wildly imaginative, transporting you to what might feel more like a dark, twisted dream than what you're used to when you think of a circus. Here's a little taste from a show a few years ago:

Paranormal Cirque has an explicit "R-rating" on their website due to adult language and content in the show that's not intended for children.

Organizers warn that anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Those ages 13-17 are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by someone 21 or older.

Where will Paranormal Cirque be in Minnesota in 2025?

This isn't the first time this experience has come through Minnesota. Maybe you caught one of their 2023 shows, and you want to experience what is new this time around - or maybe you are just hearing about it for the first time.

Paranormal Cirque will be touring through Minnesota in May and June, making several stops along the way. Each stop will see the big top tent set up in a mall parking lot, starting with a stop in Rochester and ending their Minnesota tour in Duluth.
