Over 60 New Beverages will Premiere at 2024 Minnesota State Fair
The Minnesota State Fair is gearing up for another big year, with a great lineup of concerts, plenty of new food options, and now the list of new beverages premiering at the fair has dropped.
This year, the Minnesota State Fair will unveil 63 new beers, ciders, and other beverages that will only be available during the 2024 edition of the Great Minnesota Get-Together.

Wild State Cider will feature 3 new options at the fair, the Apple Pie Hazy Cider will be sold at The Blue Barn, Blackberry Breeze will be sold at Dino’s Gyros, and their new Prickly Pear Passion Fruit Cider will be sold at O’Gara’s at the Fair. So make a point to support Wild State Cider if you're at the fair this year.
Frozen drinks and slushies seem to be popular this year with several interesting options including the Frozen Spicy Pineapple Margarita it is made with pineapple and tequila flavors, Proper Bartender Habanero Bitters and topped with a Tajín seasoning from Lift Bridge Brewing Company, the S’more Than A Feeling Slushie has the flavor of toasted marshmallows, rich chocolate and graham cracker crunch made by Urban Growler Brewing, and the Mudslide Slushie, also from Lift Bridge, is made with flavors of coffee, Irish cream and heavy cream.
Brewers love to experiment with wild beer flavors at the Minnesota State Fair, and this year is no different with choices like the Mustard Stain IPA, a mustard flavored beer made by Spiral Brewery, a new pink beer from Pryes Brewing Company that has a blend of marshmallows and a mix of tropical fruit flavor, and Mankato Brewery is making a Cinnamon Lemoncello Cake’d Up beer that mixes the flavors of lemon and cinnamon.
