We now know what's going into the old Rex Nightclub location in Duluth: a sports bar and golf simulator!

The Rex was a popular spot in the area but sadly, closed in August of last year. Now one year later, we know what is going into the former space.

All About The New Spot

The new sports bar and golf simulator is called Club One Under. I was at Fitger's the other day when I saw the sign on the door and did some research!

As of now, the spot is hoping to open at some point in late August or early September. They've been sharing updates on the progress of the project on social media!

You don't have to be a golf enthusiast to enjoy the space. Owners say the new spot will be for both golf enthusiasts and newcomers to the sport, promising a 'vibrant' and 'social' space.

Of course, no sports bar experience is complete without delicious food and drinks. Club One Under will have both. The new spot will have cocktails and locally-brewed beers on the menu.

In terms of food, Club One Under will offer pizzas. They've also partnered with local restaurants to bring patrons an expanded menu depending on what you're craving, including steaks, salads, burgers, fries and fajitas.

There will be five golf simulators on site. According to the website for the new space, you can also play football, hockey, dodgeball and soccer via simulator! You can also purchase a membership to the spot.
