Duluth Named The Second Cleanest City In America
Here's something we can celebrate. According to a new study, Duluth is one of the cleanest cities in the country.
Not only was Duluth named one of the cleanest cities in the country, it was named the second cleanest. It was only beat out by Lynchburg, Virginia.
While this study does seem pretty random, let's dive a little deeper into it. LawnStarter looked at just over 300 of America's largest cities and looked into four key metrics to make their list.
With that being said, there might be cities out there that aren't as big as Duluth but are cleaner. It's all about perspective but we will definitely take the win in this case.
Cheers To Duluth!
So which factors did those putting together this study look at? Air pollution, water quality, waste management and resident dissatisfaction levels, to start.

LawnStarter's statistics show that Duluth has one of the lowest pollution levels, which contributed to its place on this list.
Duluth also had a high score in the other rankings, ranking high in this instance when it comes to living conditions and how many people love living in the city. It is hard not to love Duluth!
And The Dirtiest Cities Are...
In case you're curious, San Bernardino was named the dirtiest city in the country! The California city has the second worst air pollution in the country and highly dissatisfied residents.
