World Series Time, How Can We Improve Baseball?

With the World Series here, I hear many people complain that the game needs to be freshened up. How can we make it move faster. Some years ago they tried timing the pitches. They monitor how many times the coach comes out and talks to the pitcher, how long the catcher spends on the mound. Shari and I have a few suggestions to move it along and make it more fun to watch.
