So the last three weeks of changing my life with weight loss has had more downs than ups. Over this time I have only gone down 4lbs.

So here is my next step. I have been having a supplement shake as I get ready for work and my morning work out, it was good, but would get crazy hungry in the afternoon and over eat. Well reading my shake info, I was not to be used as a meal replacement. duh!
