With the warm weather finally here, and bbq season right around the corner, it will soon be  time to get out the dogs, burgers, and all  the condiments to make them taste oh so good.

According to our friends at Fooducate, one of the most frequently used condiments are better for us than the others. Some have too much sugar, some too much sodium, and some too many calories.
