This buffalo gives the expression “home on the range” a whole new meaning. At Jim and Linda Sautner’s house in Alberta, Canada, Bailey Junior is just another member of the family. They took him in after he was orphaned as a young calf and bottle-fed him. Bailey has grown up since then. Weighing 1,820 pounds and standing 6 feet tall and 8 feet long, the 3-year-old bison is quite likely the world’s largest house pet.
