What’s The Most Unlikely Excuse Police Hear? Wisconsin Man Says Beer Battered Fish To Blame For Tenth DUI

I recently read somewhere that Wisconsin holds the title for the most-repeat DUI offenders.  While there is nothing humorous about that information, I would suggest that maybe they need to hold a fish fry at their next reunion meeting?

A Wisconsin man was recently arrested for his 10th DUI.  His excuse to the police officer that pulled him over:  beer-battered fish.
