Duluth boasts a vibrant, attractive downtown to shop and visit.  A large part of how the street looks today was born out of a revitalization that occured in the 1980's.  The infamous brick surface that lines Superior Street today was originally created then.  Now - as that road surface nears the end of its expected lifespan, plans are in the works for the future.

Learn what's in store for Superior Street and downtown Duluth at a public meeting that's scheduled for Tuesday, June 23.  The cities Planning Division will be on hand with information about the preliminary layout and streetscape designs.  Attendees will have an opportunity to provide input on the proposed designs which will address items such as parking, layout of driving lanes and parking, landscaping and lighting.

The meeting will start at 4:30 PM and will occur in the Great Hall at the Radisson Hotel, 505 West Superior Street.
