What Was The Worst Winter In The Twin Ports?

As we start to slowly crawl our way out of an extended cold snap, everyone in the Twin Ports is talking about whether or not the Winter of 2012-2013 will go down as one of the worst we've seen in a while.

Maybe.

But it got me to thinking: What WAS the worst Winter in the Twin Ports.  I'm interested in your opinions.  Was it the infamous Winter of 1991-1992 that brought the Halloween Megastorm with lots of snow?  The Winter of '74-75 that saw one of the worst blizzards in Minnesota?  The equally snowy winter of '84-85?  The cold winter of 1985-1986 and 1995-1996?
