Maybe this is your first Marathon, maybe this isn't, the thing to remember is a good plan is always the best medicine when you have finished a marathon, even a half marathon.

Carrie says a good walk or light run is good. Reward yourself, you have been letting off the foods you love just to race, well, let your taste buds celebrate and your tummy too. Don't go overboard, but enjoy the foods you love before you go all into training again.
