I like eating it, I like talking about it, and I like it, I'm talking about FOOD!!! My favorite food holiday is Thanksgiving. My favorite food at Thanksgiving? Stuffing, my Mom's bread stuffing. Sometimes I just make a pan for myself. I am also a Turkey man. I know some people like ham, but more and more I am seeing turducken featured at the grocery store.

Like I said, my ideal meal is turkey, bread or cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy,  and maybe another veggie like corn or peas. Smother the whole plate in gravy, and pray I don't die of a heart attack from having 3 plates, or suffering later for eating it. My favorite part of that meal, feeling full and wanting to sleep.

My Grandma Bertha used to make ham for the holidays and I am not a ham eater. My Dad didn't want me to hurt my Grandma's feelings so I ate ham every year. Every year I would eat ham I would drink 8 glasses of water from all the salt.

Some Americans are eating turducken, Turducken is a dish consisting of a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, which is in turn stuffed into a deboned turkey. The word turducken is a mixture of turkey, duck, and chicken. Most people make it with stuffing as part of the presentation.

John Madden used to carve up a Turducken on tv when he was a football announcer. He even promoted it. If you plan to have it, it is quite tasty, and quite easy to make. Plan on adequate preparation time. It's a little time-consuming. The end result is worth it.
