Officials continue to explore the potential causes of the three foot sag that was discovered on the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge in Green Bay over the weekend.  The dip on the bridge was first discovered by an overnight truck driver and the major roadway where I43 crosses the Fox River has been closed since.

Authorities have released information  that a petroleum pipeline exists buried underground about 12 feet from the pier that sank.  At this time, there is no direct correlation between the pipe and the bridge problem and the owners of the utility say that their inspections are up-to-date.
