What’s Going to be the Next Most Popular Food at Restaurants Around the Country?

Looks like restaurants are going back to basics. Kids eat chicken tenders and nuggets, so more and more places started having that on their menu. Then, people wanted salads and chicken, so more places added that to the menu.

Now, some places are serving a soup and salad menu.

Ok, ok, so what is going to be the hottest food at restaurants? Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Yes! More and more places are featuring them with fries, fruit and soup. Grilled cheese sandwiches are easy with a low food cost, so the eating establishments are loving it.

According to Time Moneyland Cheeseboy, Grilled Cheese & Co., The Melt, Melty Way, The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, and Cheesie’s Pub and Grub are among the nation’s eateries where grilled cheese is the obvious main feature on the menu. Most are fairly new, most have multiple locations, and most have big expansion plans.

So, I think the next big thing after that........is PB & J. Peanut Butter and Jelly. I can see it. You can have it cut in half or triangles if you want. What would they serve it with? PB & J with an apple sliced, or some kind of fruit side.
