What Are The Safest Cities In Minnesota? Two Northland Communities Make The List

As things go, northern Minnesota is a relatively safe place to live.  We're semi-safe from natural disasters and for whatever reason, we seem to have relatively low crime rates - as compared to major metropolitan areas.

But what communities are the safest?

Safewise - a company that collects, manages, and - yes, eventually sells home security services - recently compiled a list of the safest cities in Minnesota.  They utilized crime records to cull the winners.

Who made the list?  Two Northland communities did:  Two Harbors and Mountain Iron.
