The NFL has a campaign then encourages kids to get out and play for 60 minutes a day. The Young Athletes Foundation encourages kids to get out every Wednesday and run!!. There are only a few weeks left to get the kids out FOR FREE and have some fun learning the competition running gives them.

They visit all locations around the Duluth area to try and give every chance to each child around the area to enjoy running. Running teaches exercise, it's run like a race to teach kids what it is like for them to compete in a real race.

This weeks Wednesday Night at the Races will be held at the Hermantown High School, 4335 Hawk Circle Drive. All children, 14 and under, including those needing wheelchairs, are invited to run.
