Warrant Workout Event Happens May 13; Minnesota Judicial Branch Offers Opportunity To Resolve Cases
Officials with the 6th Judicial District are offering persons who may have outstanding warrants the opportunity to work through them at a special event that is happening Friday, May 13. Deemed "Warrant Workout Day", the event allows a clearinghouse situation to people who have lesser charges against them.
From 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, members of the criminal justice community will be on hand at the St. Louis County-Duluth Courthouse (100 North 5th Avenue West). Officials with the courthouse - in participation with local prosecuting agencies and the Public Defender's office will work together to make their best efforts to resolve your case or cases.
Attendees will be able to speak with a Prosecuting Attorney, Public Defender and arrange to pay any outstanding fees. Representatives will be available from the following agencies:
- State Public Defender's Office
- St. Louis County Attorney's Office
- Hermantown City Attorney's Office
- Proctor City Attorney's Office
- St. Louis County Probation Office
- Driver Diversion Program
