The directors of "SDanka's War", have sent out an all points bulletin looking for more local talent if you would like to be an extra in the movie. You must dress the part and look the part. Please follow the guides and contact the casting director.

Sdanka’s War is an action film set in Eastern Europe, inspired by real events of human trafficking. A highly skilled sniper, a small band of government mercenaries and a bunch of bad guys pack the film with tank chases, arms depots and cars exploding and gunfights. The cast of professional athletes and wrestlers ensures there will be great fight scenes and stunts.

The film is produced by LZ Productions and Almighty Dog Entertainment and made possible in part by a grant from IRRRB and the Minnesota Film and TV Board’s Snowbate program. The first feature film to get both.

If you want to be an extra there is an Open casting call at Noon on Thursday, July 31 at the Pyhala Homestead, 4745 Salo Road, Embarrass. These people will look like they live in a poor Eastern European village. Need families with children and older men and women dressed in simple, old style clothing. Some girls in summer weight simple dresses and no jewelry. Also need 5 – 10 bad guys dressed in plain jeans, khaki or brown pants, or military style fatigues and plain t-shirts with combat boots or work boots; rough looking guys.

Open casting call at Noon on Friday, August 1 at the Mirage Bar, 509 Chestnut Street, Virginia. Need a small number of “rough looking” bar patrons.

If you are interested and fit the part, contact Dan Gagliasso, 818-632-9690, dang361936@gmail.com.

Thank you to the directors for the information.
