This reminds me of stories and movies we've all read and watched about the old gangster days. The "I'm gonna break out of this crummy joint" type stuff. And now it's occured right here in Duluth.

According to our friends at the Duluth News Tribune, two men who defrauded investors of millions of dollars went missing from the Duluth Federal Prison Camp late Saturday, and authorities continued to search for them late Sunday.

Inmates Michael Joseph Krzyzaniak and Gerald James Greenfield were discovered missing at about 10 p.m. Saturday. Krzyzaniak, 64, and Greenfield, 67, during an evening headcount. Prison spokesman David Baker didn’t know Sunday when they were last accounted for Saturday.
