Time To Make The Donuts by Bill Rosenberg, the Founder of Dunkin Donuts [REVIEW]
There is a very good chance that Dunkin Donuts will be coming Duluth. They plan to open many stores in Minnesota, and would like very much for one of them to be here in Duluth. My love affair with Dunkin Donuts goes back thirty years. I was living in the Boston area at the time, and was head over heels with not only their donuts, but the coffee, it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. With the possibility of a store in Duluth, I decided to read up, and find out all I could on D.D. I chose to start at the top, with the man who founded Dunkin Donuts, Bill Rosenberg.
To say the least, it’s a very interesting book. If you have ever considered starting a business of your own, pick up a copy of this book and follow his methods to the letter. It’s the best a formula for success I’ve ever read. He takes you through his early days, and continues through the founding of his several business’s. His awards are many, but Bill is the first one to admit, all he did was follow basic fundamental steps he grew up learning.
The book is a very easy read, it flows nicely, and you won’t want to put it down. The principales Bill Rosenberg ususes can also be applied to your career, and again, a certain recipie for success. The book may be found at your public library. If not there, you may have to hunt to find it, but there are some out there. The used one I purchased from one of my old haunts was even autographed by Bill himself.
