There’s More To Pizza Than Meets The Pie (Eye)

There's more to pizza than meets the pie eye!  In fact, some myths are just plain not  true.

A recent article in the Huffington Post,  shed light on some of the more popular myths and the actual facts behind them.

Of course  the most popular myth about pizza is that it was created in Italy - and we (should) all know that that's not entirely true.  Perhaps the point that interested me the most was the ends to which the Pizza Wars have gone - with a franchisee from one chain actually committing the crime of arson against another pizza chain's location.
