Target In Superior To Close; Store Will Shut Its Doors In Early 2016

Bad news for Target shoppers in Superior.  Sources have confirmed that the Minneapolis-based department store chain will close the Superior location in January 2016.

Target has been hit with bad financial news the last year or so with the the hacking of their credit card system and  their failed expansion into Canada.  Recent developments saw them entering into a partnership with CVS Pharmacy.  It's unsure at this time what effect (if any) the Target closing will have on Superior's CVS Pharmacy.

Target entered the Superior market in the middle of the 1990's.
