The life of a witch gets busy, especially during the week of Halloween.  You would think I'd get a break, right?  I mean, Santa has wife Mrs. Claus to do all the planning, his elves execute the plan beautifully and he's even got not one, but eight chauffeurs.  Me?  I've got lots to do and only days to get it done and my broom has been in the shop!

Perhaps the only thing more frightening than a bear is a bear with a bear with a vendetta.

The key words here are Solar Powered.  I have not had good luck with these solar powered car "toys".  The premise is the solar power it receives makes something on it move.  This is my third and on Saturday the wings of the butterfly melted so they wouldn't move anymore.  They melted!  How can that even happen, it's SOLAR powered!

During a visit to my sister's home she turned me on to these new candles that I love!  Not only because they are safer, but because I can set them on a timer and not worry about going to bed or leaving the house forgetting I have an open flame burning.  They are so cool and I'm excited to show you!

Recently we were invited to our friends, Dave and Kathy for a BBQ.  When I asked what I should bring, they said dessert because they had the rest of the meal covered.  We grilled shish kebabs and they were delicious!  There are several reasons you should serve shish kebabs if you're having guests over for a BBQ.

I sit on the board of the Northern Lights Foundation and was recently asked to appear in an in-house video for United Piping Inc. to talk about their involvement with our organization.  I was excited when I received a call to also narrate the video and others and thought you'd like to see how that works so the next time you're listening to a narrated video you can picture this.
