You can save yourself money by waiting till the last minute to buy your Toys for Christmas.

Build-A-Bear Workshop is holding a "Pay Your Age Day" on Thursday, July 12 at stores throughout the United States; during the promotion, the cost of the bear will be determined by the child's age.

The iconic toy chain for generations is closing all of its stores and going out of business.

Fidget spinners have exploded in popularity this spring, becoming the must-have toy for kids in school. Toy stores and other vendors are having a hard time keeping them in stock, and kids are selling and trading them in school. What are these toys? Why are they such a big deal?

The Fidget Spinner is the hot new toy on the market and everyone is trying to get their hands on one. After some research I found a few places in Duluth that are selling the hot new toy.

When you were a kid, remember the anticipation of seeing the boxes and shapes under the tree and thinking, which one of those is mine? What could that possibly be? You get so excited you help hand out the gifts. My Uncle Bob would come and see which toys we were playing with and hoped it was the one he picked out.

Trolls. Ouija. Battleship. G.I. Joe. My Little Pony. LEGOs — okay, well, that last one really defied expectations, but overall, movies based on beloved classic toys are a real crapshoot. I'm not totally frugal about everything, but for some reason I felt the need to start saving the dog toy monkeys that Bauer the Schnauzer has chewed holes in.  After 8 monkeys, a hedge hog and the worm started taking up too much space in the craft room, I decided it was time to open the sewing kit and repair.  Oh, one thing, I can't sew.

Something in your garage or basement could be screaming money at you. You may not know that junky thing you had to take at the will reading of your Uncle or that thing your Grandma had on her end table might be worth big money, why not find out today.

Today they are known as classic toys, and they can bring in some good money. Maybe those old figures or decorations could be worth money. Who knows what someone would pay for something like that, the people that are lined up to look over your stuff.

I am continuing my quest to clean out my house of things that I don't need and I keep coming up on things that looks like they could be worth money. Some old magazines, some toys, my old Star Wars stuff. (I am not getting rid of that) I do want to see what some of the stuff is worth.

Recently I was shopping for my co-hosts kids Christmas toys and ran across THIS.  Poo Dough.  While it makes one giggle, seriously have they run out of constructive toy ideas? Wait till you see their "fun" suggestions on the back of the package.
