The Moody Blues just kicked off their 2013 fall tour, but they've already got their eye on concerts of future passed -- in fact, they're already adding dates for 2014.
The Moody Blues have announced the dates for their 2013 U.S. tour, which starts in late September and runs through the beginning of November. The veteran band will play nearly 30 dates during the two-month road trip.
Moody Blues fans can witness the band in their turn-of-the-70s proto-prog glory, and then explore the way many of those same songs have stood the test of time, across the span of two new concert releases -- one from the Isle of Wight in 1970, and the other from Montreux in 1991.
The Moody Blues are another of the many bands that had a run of chart success over two decades, only to find their talents ignored by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. However, in a new interview, frontman Justin Hayward says that it doesn't affect him.
