A treadmill is great for exercise. That seems simple, right? But people keep finding new—and hilariously entertaining—ways to mis-use this seemingly straightforward piece of equipment.

I don't have time to work out, here's a great article for people like me. One thing you can do in order to lose weight is portion control, at least that's what my doctor said, but what if it's not a food issue.
