Breaking news from our partners at the Northland's News Center, is that Gov. Mark Dayton is taking a look and helping  Duluth Mayor Don Ness to put a dollar amount to the damage. According to Mayor Don Ness, damage estimates to public infastructures in Duluth alone, is at an estimated $50 to $80 million dollars.
