Our new guy Daryl called to talk about the Pet Of The Week from Animal Allies. Both he and I had trouble saying the name. Chrysanthemum, uh huh, I couldn't do it, let alone say it in a sentence.

We talked to Stephanie this morning and she talked about Ginger. She also talked about the kittens that they had come in. She wanted everyone to know the kittens have an eye condition and can not be adopted at this time, but people can feel free to come and look at them.

Dogs are not known for trying out on TV talent shows and even given a shot. As far as I know Dogs and Cats can't sing, but if there is a cute factor, like this dog has, there might be space for you.

Sad to hear our Jennie is leaving Animal Allies. It was her last day today and she presented us with her last pet of the week. Max, a very young dog that can adapt to the new home he will go to.

Stephanie called in this morning to talk about the pet of the week, and we discovered he is a good sized boy, a German Shepard, and he is a happy boy.

Jennie and I talked about a pet cat that has a great personality to go along with her name. Her name fits her attitude, or so Jennie says. This cat is also in need of a home where she could get a little exercise. Here's Jennie to tell you more.

Jennie talked to me today about a very interesting looking guy, but one that she says is extra cuddly. He is looking for a home, here's what she had to say about him.

Jennie talked about a pet this morning that is a little different in one way, but same as any other cat in others. Pri only has one eye, but you would never notice because Pri is a playful cat and still manages to get in as much trouble as any other cat.

Stephanie called in to talk about a pet you might want to take home, not more than a few hours later, that pet went home with someone. So, I called her back to talk replacement for my Pet Of The Week Blog. She told me about John.

Okay, so DOG PETS MAN isn't quite as eye-catching as MAN BITES DOG, but still, isn't that just adorable?

Jennie was on the phone with me this morning and we talked about adopting animals. One of the best things that you could do when looking for a pet to give to someone is a gift certificate. If you don't match the pet and the person very well, you could create a nightmare for the owner and/or the pet.
