Love it or hate it, Christmas Music is a part of our lives - at least for a six week window of time. That period between Thanksgiving and December 25 usually provides the music industry with their biggest sales weeks of the entire year.
With the Christmas season here, chances are you're doing more baking than any other time of the year. And while cookies tend to always be popular, many people bake special cakes for the occasion as well.
So we celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday a little early at the office on Tuesday with some deep-fried turkeys. While Ken Hayes deep-fried the birds out in back of the studios, I (was) volunteered to carve them. Here are my tips for carving a turkey or chicken:
