This Saturday is the Walk For The Animals down at the Bayfront. Stephanie checked in to let us know to bring your animals and also if you are looking come down and you can walk one and get to know some of them.

Jenny was on the phone today talking about a couple of things, Riley.......a rascally pup....if that's a word. Also, the "Walk For The Animals" is coming soon as well. Here's the skinny.

Stephanie and I talked about the Pet of the Week from Animal Allies. Interesting name, but that's only part of the charm. Steph says that this dog would make someone a great pet.

This morning Jenny checked in talking about a kitty cat that would like to go to a home. Dream is a happy little cat and left over from the big weekend celebration, likes to snuggle and purr.

Jenny checked in to tell us about their huge adoption event this weekend. Prices are low so people can take home pets. Why not take in Mom and get her a pet.

Steph sent me the latest Pet of The Week, and this one is Frisky, literally!!Just a quick note, Animal Allies is trying to raise $50,000 before May 11, if they do it, Amzoil will donate $5000. Also, they are looking for Cat stuff. A list is posted at animal allies.net.

Jenny stopped by on the morning show to talk animals from Animal Allies. Cardinal had some problems when she first came to the shelter, but it was fixed listen to the intervew and check out the info for Cardinal....

Steph talked about a one year old mix that is often misunderstood. Pit Bulls and German Sheppards are often in the news as being aggressive dogs. Steph that's true if they are trained that way, and says this boy is ready to play and move in to someone's house.

Stephanie talked about the pet of the week this mornnig, Marley is a big boy and looking for a home. She said he has some size but is a softie. This is a dog that does need regular walks and running around.

Jennifer called in this morning and we talked pets. This pet of the week pulled at my heart strings and I hope he does with you too. He was turned in with a broken jaw, and has been nursed back to health. He just wants to cuddle she said. Here's the skinny:
