Stephanie talked to us this morning from Animal Allies, and talked about our pet of the week. She also said there are some cats and kittens that need to go home with a loving home. Jennie talked about a pet this morning that is a little different in one way, but same as any other cat in others. Pri only has one eye, but you would never notice because Pri is a playful cat and still manages to get in as much trouble as any other cat.

Stephanie called in to talk about a pet you might want to take home, not more than a few hours later, that pet went home with someone. So, I called her back to talk replacement for my Pet Of The Week Blog. She told me about John.

Stephanie talked to us about the new pet of the week. The name is something we don't want to come early, but once you meet Winter, you will want to take her home.

Jennie was on the phone with me this morning and we talked about adopting animals. One of the best things that you could do when looking for a pet to give to someone is a gift certificate. If you don't match the pet and the person very well, you could create a nightmare for the owner and/or the pet.

Stephanie from Animal Allies came on the show to talk about animals. She stressed that it is better to come in to the shelter to pick out an animal for yourself, or give a gift certificate if you would like to give a pet. Here's the pet of the week.

Stephanie talked this morning about the pet of the week. She admitted this one could be on it's own and liked to be, but at the same time was a energetic player and would need someone to keep up with her.

I talked with Jenny this morning from Animal Allies, she talked about a pet of the day. Sounded fun, a cat that looked like they had a tux on. So, an hour later like I always do, I was going to post a blog about the cat, and she was adopted. So, here's our replacement pet.

Jenny always gives us a wonderful pet to talk about and feature every week, this week I thought I would be a little cheezy with introduction. Maybe it will find a home for this weeks featured pet.

Jenny talked about Animal Safety this morning. Make sure your animals are secured for July 4th. Some need to be put in a kennel. Some just need to be in a safe place. Some dogs try to eat the fireworks, so keep them far away from them.

Jenny called in to the morning show and we talked about Ryker, who is a Leonberger & Saint Bernard Mix. When I first heard that I thought of Linberger.....I think it's a cheese, but this is a dog....so not the same thing.

Pitbulls have a lousy reputation. Only a few Pitbulls have been bad, but that's because of the few them have been up. From what I understand it's the bad ones in the bunch that make it have people scared of them.
