Jennie Connelly called in this morning about a new pet. We've been talking a lot of cats lately, so I told her we needed to highlight a dog. Well, she picked a cutie. Tacoma, makes me think of Washington.

So Jennie says, Tacoma is a super cute (she loves that word) little miniature pinscher who was recently transferred in from another shelter. He is a very fun little dog but would probably do best in a home without young children or cats. He is an excitable boy and would probably do well with some training for his manners. Tacoma is a smart boy who knows how to "kennel up," "sit," "stay," "come," and "sit up and beg!" Tacoma takes phenobarbital to control seizures. He has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. If you would like to adopt this darling dog, please come visit him at Animal Allies Duluth.

If you're in to the color coding to match you to a pet, Tacoma is a GO-GETTER (GREEN): Want to get more exercise? Action is my middle name. My Let's GO! lifestyle will keep you motivated to get outside and move. I've got tons of energy; and just like the sun, I'm burning and working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I'll run for miles, chase a ball for hours, and still want to play at the end of the day. (Externally motivated)
