Even with all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, this is the time of year that Cabin Fever sets in.  Shopping, concerts, special holiday events - it's no wonder that many look at this time of year as especially stressful.  It's also the time of year that many people start to look for ways to stay active and improve their physical shape.

The Superior Public Library has just the thing you might need.  It's a free Yoga Class - coming up on Saturday, November 17.  Everyone is invited to take part in this low-key exploratory session.  The Yoga Class will be led by Jen Rosnau, who serves as the Wellness Coordinator at the Superior YMCA.  Participants will have the chance to improve their strength and flexibility, while finding and practicing methods that can relieve stress.

The class starts at 10:30 AM and is absolutely free; no advance registration in necessary to take part.  You are asked to bring a Yoga Mat if you have one.  The library will accept donations if you want to give one, with proceeds being directed towards future programs at the Superior Public Library.
