Earlier this year, the Superior Police Department released an iPhone app to benefit residents who have smart phones, allowing them to anonymously share information with the department.  Now, the SPD is pleased to announce that they also have a similar app for Android phones.

The app - names "SPDTip", enables the public to send anonymous tips to the police department.  The police can respond back, and have an anonymous chat if the tipster chooses to continue the dialog.  SPDTip is a powerful new crime fighting tool that allows the department greater access to information.
