A reminder to anyone who may have lost or potentially-stolen bicycles in the City of Superior.  This Saturday the Superior Police Department is holding it's annual sale of all unclaimed bicycles on Saturday, June 8th.

All of the bikes up for sale have been found or confiscated by the police department throughout the past year.  City ordinance required the department to sell them to the public.

The sale will happen at 722 Ogden Avenue, with an advance pre-sale viewing event at 9AM, and the sale itself to follow from 10AM-12Noon.

Superior Police advise residents who have reported a lost or stolen bicycle during the past year to be at the pre-sale viewing event, or to call the department at 715-395-7234 prior to Saturday to make an appointment to view the bikes.

Proceeds from the bike sale will benefit the Old Firehouse and Police Museum.
