Superior Police Arrest Suspect On Multiple Counts Of Sexual Assault Of A Child

Superior Police have filed charges against Richard Ellery Morisett, Jr in conjunction with multiple counts of Sexual Assault of a Child, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Incest, Possession of Child Pornography, and Registered Sex Offender Intentionally Photographing a Minor without Consent.

Several of the charges include the persistent repeater provision, as Morisett has been previously convicted of serious child sex offenses in January of 1996 and November of 1998.

Morisett is currently being held at the Douglas County Jail.  Cash bond was set at $100,000 with additional provisions of not having contact with any of the victims, any minors under the age of 18, and no internet use.
