Stinson Avenue To Close November 16 For Railroad Work

A popular short-cut route is going to be closed tomorrow - Thursday, November 16 - to allow for work on a railroad project.  Stinson Avenue - which travels just south of the refinery - will be closed to traffic from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The road is often used as a convenient way to cut across Superior from the south end to the east end/Allouez area in Superior, or to head into the rural township area just the south of town.

A signed detour will be in place.
