Now that the NHL has settled their differences, they are hoping people forgive and forget. Immediately after the agreement NHL teams offered free tickets, scrimmages, and autograph sessions. The Wild will open the season this Saturday at 8pm against the Colorado Avalanche.

Speaking of the Wild, Minnesota hockey fans are licking their chops because fo the signing of Zach Parise and Ryan Suter, two of the biggest and youngest names in hockey that are doing well.

Could this be the year? It certainly could be. Minnesota has needed something, and it was youth, some guys that could give some scoring support to the great goaltending. These two guys have it.

Last year everything looked good, then it fell apart. This year, everyone has a shot, with a shortened season, the older guys will hold up and the younger guys are on an even field with them.

Go Wild!!!
