The Pope will be arriving in the United States to address Congress on Thursday and St. Scholastica announced it will be showing a live feed to the public starting at 8 am.

The Pope is actually supposed to talk to Congress about 8:20 a.m. Central time, St. Scholastica will have a live feed of the address on a large screen in Mitchell Auditorium starting about 8 a.m.

If people want to stick around after the showing, they can take part in a conversation with  Kevin Vaughan, director of Catholic studies; Denise Starkey, associate professor and chair of theology and religious studies; St. Scholastica Monastery Sister Edith Bogue; student Ixayana Gonzales, Catholic studies major; and Nathan Langer, director of campus ministry.

According to the Duluth News Tribune, The speech will be one of four presented in English during the pope's U.S. visit, with the remaining 14 given in Spanish.
